Creative Special Effect Powder Pigments & Flake
What’s the difference between the Chameleon Pearl Series, and the Ultra Fine Chameleon Series?
The Chameleon Pearl Series have a larger particle diameter for maximum sparkle. Each in that series are a saturated pigment that shift from two to three colors, and are semi-transparent, meaning they have a tinted base that you can see in thinner applications, in addition to the chameleon sparkle. The Ultra Fines are completely opaque (non transparent) and do not display a base color of their own; they're just pure super fine particle mesh chameleon color that are incredibly saturated, and shift from three to five colors.
What’s different about the Illusion Series and the Chameleon Pearl Series?
The Illusion Series are beautiful color shifting chameleon pigments with a transparent base and appear white in powder form. They can enhance any background color to achieve effects that have subtle pearl-like qualities, or bold intense color depending on how dark or light the background color is. They will show their bright reflective colors best over darker backgrounds, but over white they will appear pearlescent like the nacre of a precious pearl. Each color shifts from two to three different colors. They are also a similar particle size of our Chameleon Pearl Series, or a size of 60 micron.
