JetAge Studio sprung from the artistic minds of Renee and William Wiggins in 2006 as an effort to promote each other's art as self-representing artists. We are working artists, and our studio has long been a multimedia studio featuring artworks in wood, steel, glass, and paint as our form of artistic expression. As we've grown through our art, so has our studio, and today we find the glass side has taken over the JetAge Studio namesake. The passion Renee feels to give back to the glassworking community in the form of working knowledge and custom artisan supplies has proved to be the right path for our studio.

Payment:Our online store offers a convenient PayPal shopping! Don't have a PayPal account? That's ok, PayPal works with you. Payments are made directly through PayPal using your preferred method of payment. Simply choose your method of payment using the PayPal prompts, and PayPal does the rest. It's easy! If you prefer NOT to use PayPal, we can also accept a Money Order. Please drop us an email with your order, we'll be happy to manually process your request. At this time, we do not accept personal checks, nor can we process credit or debit cards.
New Shipping Prices as of April 17, 2011:
Well, the post office has done it again; shipping costs have been raised by $.30 as of April 17. Please see below for specific information about your area's shipping charges.
We ship our items with the utmost care and always pack our items very securely. We ship within 2-3 business days via USPS. Shipping is calculated by quantity purchased and starts at $2.85 USD. Our shopping cart calculates shipping costs using this method automatically.
International Shipping Information:
We welcome and ship orders internationally, and we'll ship your order within 2-3 business days. Our shipping policy provides you with a trackable number using USPS Priority Flat Rate envelope or small Flat Rate box for just $15 USD for orders $35 USD and over (and up to $150 USD. Orders over $150 USD are $30 USD). Orders totaling less than $35 USD will be sent our normal USPS first class international method at $5.50, and will not require a trackable number. We can offer a trackable number for orders under $35 USD at the $15 USD rate at your request, please let us know you prefer this method at checkout. We also reserve the right to ship packages using a trackable number at our digression. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We want to make sure all of our customers are happy and have fun with our products. Please contact us if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase or should any of our products fail to meet your expectations. We can offer a refund or exchange (if available), minus any shipping costs on items that have not been damaged, or are in unused condition. Requests for refunds, etc. will be honored within 14 days of receipt of your package. Because the nature of our work is custom, many of our glass supplies are available in short run productions only. Therefore, we may or may not be able to offer the same colors or blends in an exchange, or be able to provide the same colors in the future.
